How Many Calories in that Dump?

by Ra Gabriel

You mean, how many sitting there
in the bowl? You know, if you were to, say, eat
that dump floating around in that toilet blue water
or you mean, well,
lost from your system?

You and I both know you feel lighter
sometimes, after a few days of a
healthy diet, the dumps get bigger
the mornings lighter

all is on schedule
going as planned

but other times
you need a dump-instructor
because how and when
is a distant memory.

How many calories, you ask?
But you don't even know how to
go about counting. You're
not even sure
if a kilocalorie is any different
than a regular calorie.

So the answer is simply:
I don't know. And you don't know.
And that doesn't stop you
from sitting on the toilet now
and again to drop dumps
or dump dumps or whatever
the proper verb may or may not be.

So open up a book,
hell! Open up this book,
leaf through the pages.

Maybe it will inspire you.
Now, how shall we begin? Let's try:
Once upon a time, yesterday — no
Now, and then, now and then — no
Many years ago today now... that's the one!
